The story of the online event box

Almost overnight - no, let's not exaggerate: it was exactly 3 long nights! - we designed our website, created the logo, shot products and typed texts to build the online shop from scratch.

After the first orders, we converted Eileen's living room into a packing station without further ado. But it quickly became clear: A proper warehouse was needed! We needed space to pack the drinks unbreakably, to store our colorful filling material neatly and to print out the individual logo stickers. The first proper warehouse was shortly followed by the second, where we could store all the snacks, drinks, gadgets and packaging materials.

But soon it also took more hands to sustainably pack Celebration Box, After Work Box and all the customised boxes and send them on their way all over Europe - and sometimes beyond. Our team grew and became even cooler and more fun with each new employee. Because even in the most stressful situations, we always manage to keep our spirits high - as it should be when you love what you do.

Our sales team also did a great job and convinced more and more home office heroes and meeting masters of the online event boxes. New boxes were developed and more and more new ideas emerged with which our customers could surprise their participants. Exciting cooperations allow us to live up to our claim of more sustainability and creative climate protection.

Eileen

When live events were impossible, event manager Eileen had a great idea - 3 days later, the Online Event Box was born! The founder and CEO still likes to pitch in herself, even though she is glad that she now has a great team she can always rely on.

Toni

Toni is our ever-smiling team leader, marketing and project manager. Her good mood is so contagious that we have also chosen her as our Feel Good Manager.

Konrad

Konrad is a master of numbers and a mathematician by training. He wears his hat when it comes to finance and IT. As a former member of the supervisory board at Zalando, he drives business and product development at the online event box.

Saskia

Our trainee Saskia has just joined us. She creates all the address labels, helps the packing crew pack boxes and helps organise online and live events.

Caro

Our working student Caro has been assisting all our customers with the development of their box since zero hour. Fun is guaranteed on all sides. Caro is always in a good mood and loves interpersonal communication. Her motto: Everything is possible!

Mitch

Freelancer Mitch has been our fan from the very beginning. Whenever we need support with our marketing, the student of economic sociology comes flying in.

Lilly

Our office cat Lilly takes her duties very seriously. She is always on hand when nerves need to be calmed with fluffy petting, feet need to be warmed or a full coffee cup needs to be knocked off the desk.

Ingo has known the Online Event Box since zero hour. In three days, together with Eileen, he gave the idea the right face. Including corporate design and website. He supports the company in the area of brand positioning as well as online and offline marketing.
