ABOUT US

MIAS DIAS Event GmbH & Co. KG is a Berlin-based event agency that launched a successful new product in the wake of the Corona pandemic: the Online Event Boxes. We transform dull video conferences and lame online seminars into unique experiences that participants will remember for a long time. Currently we employ 10 people. But more and more entrepreneurs have realized that online events don't have to be boring. We send out several 1000 boxes every month. That's why we are looking for you!

FOR THIS WE NEED YOU

  • Logistics from order entry to delivery
  • Written and telephone processing of purchases for the Online Event Box.
  • Preparation of individual box orders
  • Preparation of the packing days
  • Classification of the pack crew
  • Contact person for the project management
  • Maintenance and optimization of the storerooms
  • Creation of shipping labels (national and international)
  • Handling of the goods: reception, inspection, sorting

THIS IS WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • reliable and flexible way of working
  • Enjoy direct contact with the pack crew
  • Several years of logistics and/or event experience and good handling of warehouse software
  • Completed training
  • fluent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and iOS
  • real team player with fun and optimism
  • Commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
